An advance deposit of the first night’s stay plus tax is required at the time of your reservation. There is a one week prior to your arrival cancellation policy. Your reservation deposit will be refunded, less a $15.00 per room processing fee, with notice of cancellation at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior will forfeit their room deposits.

Rates are subject to a 6% Michigan sales tax and a 5% County room tax

  • The lower rate in each room category denotes a parking lot side room while the higher rate denotes a lakeside room.
  • All suites are parking lot side and have a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
  • Cribs and Rollaway Beds available for $10 each/per day.
  • Two night stay is required for the weekend of the Apple & BBQ Festival. See the Specials Page for more details.
  • Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum stay.
  • During the summer months, a two night stay is required if a Saturday is included.
  • All rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Discounts are not available during July and August.
